Quality Control

At China Loong Scooter Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into every stage of manufacturing and order fulfillment. We apply practical, industry-aligned procedures to support consistent quality across electric scooters, gas scooters, kick scooters, self-balancing electric scooters, scooter parts, accessories, wiring products, nylon cable ties, and stainless steel cable ties. Our quality approach is aligned with product specifications, customer requirements, and the intended application of each product.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. Our inspection process focuses on identity, quantity, appearance, dimensions, and other relevant requirements defined by the product specification.

• Metal frames, brackets, fasteners, and structural components are checked for visible damage, finish, dimensions, and general consistency.
• Electrical components, wiring accessories, connectors, batteries, switches, and related parts are reviewed for appearance, labeling, compatibility, and specified characteristics.
• Plastic components, cable ties, packaging materials, and other purchased items are checked for color, size, surface condition, and order requirements.
• Incoming materials that do not meet applicable requirements are identified and handled through internal review before use.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out during assembly and production to help identify issues at an early stage. Production personnel follow defined work instructions and inspection points for the relevant product type and configuration.

• Assembly steps for scooter frames, wheels, braking systems, steering components, drive systems, and electrical connections are reviewed for correct installation.
• Key fastening points and moving parts are checked for alignment, secure fit, and smooth operation.
• Wiring routes, connectors, insulation, and cable management are inspected to reduce the risk of loose connections or interference with moving components.
• Product appearance is monitored during production to help control scratches, uneven finishes, contamination, and other visible defects.
• Process feedback is communicated to the responsible team for timely adjustment or correction when necessary.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before completion, finished products are inspected against applicable product specifications and order requirements. The scope of inspection may vary according to the product category, model, configuration, and customer application.

• Electric scooters, gas scooters, kick scooters, and self-balancing electric scooters are reviewed for appearance, assembly quality, dimensions, and basic functional performance.
• Controls, braking components, wheels, steering systems, lighting, charging interfaces, and other relevant functions are checked where applicable.
• Scooter parts and accessories are inspected for fit, finish, quantity, and compatibility with the intended product or application.
• Nylon cable ties and stainless steel cable ties are reviewed for size, material appearance, locking or fastening performance, and consistency with the specified requirements.
• Product identification, model information, accessories, and included components are checked before release.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging and pre-shipment checks help protect products during handling, transportation, and storage. Before dispatch, the order is reviewed to confirm that the shipment corresponds with the approved product and customer requirements.

• Products are checked for suitable protection against impact, movement, moisture, and surface damage during transportation.
• Carton markings, labels, product information, and shipping details are reviewed for clarity and consistency.
• Quantities, models, colors, configurations, accessories, and documentation are verified before packing is finalized.
• Finished cartons are reviewed for sealing, loading condition, and visible packaging damage before shipment.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality information from inspections, production activities, customer feedback, and after-sales communication is used to support ongoing improvement. When an issue is identified, the relevant details are reviewed to determine appropriate containment, correction, and follow-up actions.
